1. Cancellation of service within 7 days
   Full refund subject to:
                     - Deduction of RM82 activation fee
                     - Usage of > 5mb download subject to RM180 administrative charges
   * Return of full set of User package to point of purchase for 7 days refund only
   
   
2. Cancellation of service within 8 days to 90 days
   75% refund subject to:
                     - Deduction of RM82 activation fee
   
   
3. Cancellation of service within 91 days to 180 days
   50% refund subject to:
                     - Deduction of RM82 activation fee

* THE REFUND POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO USAGE > 180 DAYS.

Cancellation Application procedure
1) A complete cancellation application form with subscriber detail (Download Form)
2) A copy of sales invoice
3) A copy of IC (front & back)

NOTE:
- A/C payee cheque, payable to name as per IC
- Payment will be issue within 45 days

* All return of user terminals to iZZinet Sdn Bhd after the package expiry will be entitled to a RM 75 rebate.

Cancellation of Auto Debit
1) Customer is required to complete the form & ensure the personal details are true and valid.

2) iZZinet reserves the right at anytime and may from time to time without giving prior notice to the Customer, make any alterations to the services or vary the terms and conditions of the agreement without being liable to the customers or any third party or whatsoever. Any service termination shall be make by giving written notice of 30days to iZZinet prior to the effective date.

3) Any notice given by the customer to iZZinet shall be in writing and sent to iZZinet, at Suite 8-12-1, Level 12, Menara Olympia, No 8, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur or to any other address notified by iZZinet from time to time.

4) The customer agrees and allows iZZinet to release the customer's account details to their respective acquiring bank for VISA/MasterCard; to auto debit to the customer's credit card account. The The required monthly payment will be automatically debited to the customer's account until the customer terminate the service. Customer must inform iZZinet if there are any changes involving credit card account numbers due to "loss of credit card" or "credit card exchanged", "cancellation of credit card" or whatsoever.

5) iZZinet Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to demand for settlement of any amont billed by other means of payment at its discretion from time to time upon informing customers in advance.

6) Minimum subscription period is 12months.

There is a 12 months warranty for all User Terminals on manufacturing defect.

Subject to term and condition of iZZinet's and Kyocera's limited warranty.

Defective on arrival (DOA) with in 7 days of purchase, reseller to exchange the UT with a new unit immediately.

Procedure of warranty claims (Manufacturing defect)

** Customer will be compensated with free access time for the lost of usage equivalent to duration of the warranty claim process.
